Yes. Your videos live in your Nokoru library and stream to the phone when you scan a page, so playback needs a connection — Wi-Fi or mobile data is fine. That’s what keeps every video in full resolution without filling up anyone’s phone. The printed book itself needs nothing: the pages are always the pages, and the moving layer comes back the moment you’re online again.

Yes. Our website works on a phone — upload, pair your videos, arrange the pages, choose size and paper, and order, all without opening a laptop. A bigger screen simply unlocks more: free placement and overlapping photos, text on the page, backgrounds and themes — so for the fullest set of tools, we’d build at a desk.

That’s fine. Pages without a paired video are simply beautiful printed photographs. You choose which moments come alive.

Books are printed and bound in Europe. Most orders are printed within two working days and typically arrive within a week or two, depending on the courier. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees — if your book hasn’t arrived within 30 days (and the delivery address you gave us was correct), you can cancel for a full refund. And if anything arrives with a printing fault, we reprint your book free.

Not yet — for now we deliver to UK addresses only. We’re keeping a waiting list for everywhere else: leave your email and country, and we’ll write once, when we deliver there. How many people ask from each country helps us decide where to go next.

No. The app is free — invite them from your account and every page plays for them too. Worth doing before you wrap it.

They’re your own. Every video in a Nokoru book is a real clip you choose and pair with a photo — usually the one you took on your phone in that same moment. When someone scans the page, that’s what plays: the voices, the laughter, the moment as it actually happened. Nokoru never uses AI to make, animate or alter anything.

Nothing sudden. Every book comes with a storage window for its videos — you pick 3, 5, 10 or 30 years when you order — and we’ll remind you well before it ends, with extending a tap away whenever you’re ready. Your printed book carries on exactly as it is either way: the pages are always the pages, and they stay scannable for every video still stored.
